As part of our service goal to become more environmentally responsible and to support children in their understanding around sustainability, on Monday 3rd September we had a visit from Lisa from Reverse Garbage.
The children learnt all about the important of recycling, what items were reusable and what would become landfill - we all then had a go at sorting various items into the proper bins.
They then had the opportunity to create "noisemakers" (musical instruments) out of completely reusable items!
