Constable Debbie Crystal from Ryde LAC came to Appleseed on June 1st. She spoke to the children about what the police do and her responsibilities of keeping people safe and helping people.Constable Debbie showed us all her special equipment and her handcuffs which the children all had a turn at trying on! She spoke to the children about the importance of staying safe and close to our parents while out and about and if we become lost, to stay still or find a safe person to help us. She also spoke about the importance of cars seats and seat belts.
